"Energy poverty is a problem that cuts across winter and summer, but is much more felt when the cold hits at night. In hot weather, with the heat, there are always solutions to find refreshment outside the home, even if it's a trip to the beach. In an interview with Expresso, João Pedro Gouveia, Researcher at the Faculty of Science and Technology at Universidade NOVA de Lisboa | NOVA FCT, is satisfied with the recent launch of the national strategy to combat energy poverty, which persists in being more frequent in the interior North and on the islands"
