Pedro Palma spoke at the online 3ª Reunião da CoP [3rd CoP Meeting] “Pobreza Energética: do Diagnóstico multi escalas a Planos de Ação” [Energy Poverty: From multiscale diagnosis to Actions Plans] of the EU LIFE project ENTRACK- “Empowering local and regional authorities to design clean ENergy TRAnsition plans through Capacity and Knowledge building actions”.

In his presentation, he addressed energy poverty diagnosis at different scales with a specific focus on the comparison between EU indicators for measuring winter and summer energy poverty and specific analyses for Portugal.
